The following is the agenda for the Oxford Conservation Commission / Inland Wetlands Agency Special Meeting /
Public Hearing. The public hearing is being held for application IW-07-15 (Ref # IW-06-95) Garden Homes
Management Corporation Hurley Road (Lots 2, 2B, & 2A) (113-Unit Residential Development) (50 s/f of WL
Impact) (205,643 s/f of URA Impact) on Monday, June 4, 2007 at 7:00 PM at S.B. Church Memorial Town Hall, 486
Oxford Road, Oxford, CT 06478 in the Main Meeting Room. This is a continuation of the Public Hearing held on
Monday, May 21, 2007.
The property is approximately 40.79 acres and is located on Hurley Road south of Oxford Airport Road and west of
Donovan Road in the Town of Oxford. The property is further identified as
Assessors Map: 2 Block: 36 Lots: 2, 2B & 2A on the Oxford Assessor's Map.
The hearing is being held in accordance with the CT General Statutes Sec. 22a-42a § (c) (1) for the following reasons:
1.
A petition signed by 25 Oxford Residents and submitted to the Oxford Conservation Commission
Inland Wetlands Agency requesting said Public Hearing.
2.
The Oxford Conservation Commission / Inland Wetlands Agency has also determined the proposed
activity may have a potential significant impact to the wetlands/watercourses on the site.
Interested parties may submit written comments or address oral comments that are related to wetlands and/or
watercourses impacts only.
