The mission of OASIS is to address current issues that impact self-image, potential, quality of life and other public health concerns through partnership, prevention, education, and encouragement. OASIS serves the entire community with a focus on young people as a support network of information, resources and events relating to addiction, mental health, social concerns, and quality of life to stimulate healthy behaviors throughout our community
