Town Hall will reopen on a part-time basis starting Monday June 22, 2020. Temporary public hours will be:
Monday 1:00 - 5:00PM
Tuesday 9:00AM- 1:00PM
Friday 8:00AM -12:00PM
Pomperaug Health Dept will be open on Tuesday 9:00AM-11:00AM & Wednesday from 2:00PM to 4:00PM
What to expect when you arrive at Town Hall
Public entrance and parking area will be located in the rear of the building only. The front entrance will be locked and only used for the outside drop box and deliveries.
Masks must be worn by all visitors while in the building, please arrive with a mask.
The receptionist will greet you and a log will be kept of anyone entering the building. Temperatures will be taken and then you will be directed to the appropriate department.
One visitor per office will be allowed. A waiting room has been set up in the main meeting room. On nice days, chairs will be placed outdoors.
Documents can be dropped off in the drop box at the receptionist desk.
Town Clerk's Office is not accepting dog licenses at the counter, you must use the mail or drop box there are no exceptions.
Real Estate recordings are by mail, over night or drop box only.
Title Searching on line only. Town Residents please call us we can help you with any land record quesitons.
